Day 1: A New Horizon
The first evening opens the door to a new perspective. An elegant Cap Classique welcomes you as the sun sinks into the bush. Flavors, light, and landscape intertwine – and with every course, a story unfolds: of cool high-altitude slopes, rugged coastal winds, and soils that shape character.
🌌 Later, as darkness blankets the bush, your gaze is drawn upward. The Southern Cross appears. The Milky Way stretches across the sky like a luminous path. What just began in your glass now continues high above you.
Day 2: Wilderness & Wine
The next day carries you deeper – into the wild and into the world of wine. Between game drives and quiet moments, a rhythm of nature and indulgence emerges. In the evening: fire, a traditional braai, and wines that tell stories of wind, salt, and time.

Day 3: The Grand Finale: Wine, Cuisine & The Universe
In the morning, we experience the bush up close. Alongside our ranger, we set out on foot on a journey of discovery. Far away from crowds, you will feel the pure silence of the bush and, with a little luck, encounter elusive wildlife at eye level. A truly magical evening: Guided by an astronomer and a high-performance telescope, we bring premium wines, an exquisite 5-course menu, and the stars into perfect harmony. An absolutely authentic experience under the familiar, vast starry sky.
