1. Shipping Conditions – Products
Event tickets are confirmed online immediately after payment.
There is no physical shipping.
a) Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
- Shipping only within Germany
- Free shipping for orders over €125 within Germany
- For orders under €125: €7.90 shipping cost
- Delivery time: approx. 2–4 business days within Germany
b) Delivery
- Shipping is handled by our selected delivery service provider.
- If an item is unavailable or delivery is delayed, we will inform you promptly by email.
c) Partial Deliveries
- If items cannot be shipped together due to their nature, partial deliveries may occur.
- Any additional shipping costs will be covered by us.
d) Transport Damage
- If products arrive with visible transport damage, please report this immediately to the delivery carrier and contact us as soon as possible.
- Not reporting damage has no effect on your legal warranty rights, but helps us file claims with the carrier or insurance.

- Debit Card - charged at checkout
- Cash by arrangenment
